17 medals for the Saudi cycling team in the Arab Championship

 On Thursday, the delegation of the Saudi national cycling team arrived in the capital, Riyadh, after a successful participation in the Arab Championship that was held recently in Egypt.

The Saudi cycling team achieved 17 medals, "5 golds - 7 silvers - 5 bronzes", at the end of its participation in the Arab Road and Track Championship "Adult - Youth - Junior - Women" hosted by the Republic of Egypt during the period from 12 to 24 November, with the participation of more than 300 Male and female players representing 17 Arab teams.

The medals came: 2 gold and 2 bronze in the junior category, by Saleh Moyes, Abdullah Al-Muhanna, Amir Al-Sultan, Abdul-Wahhab Al-Matar, Muhammad Al-Salem, and 3 gold, 6 silver, and a bronze, by the youth category, Abdulaziz Al-Duraei, Azzam Al-Abdul-Moneim, Ahmed Abu Abdullah, Salman. Profit, silver, and bronze by the adult category, Hassan Al-Juma'a, Mustafa Al-Rabi, and the last bronze by the women's team: Munira Al-Dariush and Dania Sambawa.

The promising Azzam Al-Abdul-Moneim succeeded in achieving three silver medals during the championship competitions, and presented distinguished levels that were praised. The first came in the kilo final, and the second when he participated in the final of the 60-lap points race (3 km), and the third after winning second place in the 60 points race. roll".

Abdullah Al-Wathlan, President of the Saudi Cycling Federation, praised the distinguished levels that the Saudi Green had shown in this championship, praising the efforts made by the administrative and technical bodies to prepare the team for this championship, which culminated in their efforts with honorable results.
